As you all know, I spent the weekend before TED Global 2009 at The Lovebox Weekender in Victoria Park. Here's the first video from day one, with a sample from the Filthy Dukes.

Last night, many of the TEDsters were drawn to The Living Room in Oxford for Absolut's Late Night event. Cocktails a plenty, the best bit for me was a live set by pianist extraordinaire, Eric Lewis.

His progressive, innovative music is very popular with the TED crowd, and I can see why. The man played passionately for half an hour solidly. This clip is just a snippet (my phone died before he stopped) and I think it speaks for itself. Such energy, such stamina - and a joy to watch.
